The Buccaneers made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 3,014 from 3,246. The improvement was the result of a 33-17 victory over the Wildcats last week.
Caravel's Derrick Groomes and Aaron Hudson led Freelance in both passing and receiving yards. 6-0 quarterback Groomes has thrown for 1,018 yards this season, while Hudson has 14 catches for 346 yards. Archmere Academy's Jack Malloy leads the league in rushing yards with 873.
John Reed's team led the league in scoring this week by notching 33 points on Delmar. Shriner ran for 149 yards during the win.
