That's the most  stolen bases  Jaromin has posted since back in April of 2024.  Anna Rinker also deserves some recognition as  she  scored her first  runs of the season.
 Yorktown  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .649. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Monroe Central only posted  an  OBP of  .286.
 Yorktown's record now sits at 4-1. As for Muncie Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
 Muncie Central suffered a grim  23-1 defeat to Yorktown  in their previous meeting  back in April of 2024. Can the Bearcats avenge their  loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
