The Opp Bobcats won the last time they faced the McKenzie Tigers, and things went their way on Monday too. Opp walked away with a 39-27 victory over the Tigers.
Opp found their leader in underclassman Dionna Stoudemire, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 13 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Cuba Wiggins, who scored eight points along with 14 rebounds.
Opp's victory bumped their record up to 4-19. As for McKenzie, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-13.
Opp will be staying on the road on Monday to face off against the Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on February 5th. As for McKenzie, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against the Bulldogs at 6:30 p.m.
