 Meanwhile, Sigourney strolled into their game  on Friday with a perfect  record and they left with the same. They were the clear victors by  a  22-1 margin over Belle Plaine. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Savages considering their two-run performance the  contest before.
 Sigourney's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Iowa Valley, they now  have a losing record of 1-2.
 Iowa Valley might still be hurting after the  9-0 defeat they got from Sigourney  in their previous meeting  back in July of 2024. Can the Tigers avenge their  loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
