Park Vista is 8-2 against Forest Hill since February of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. Park Vista will be playing at home against Forest Hill at 6:30 p.m. Park Vista is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.1 runs per game this season.
Park Vista had been on a three-game streak of scoring at least ten runs, but Wellington put an end to it on Friday. Park Vista fell just short of Wellington by a score of 2-1. The Cobras' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Aidan Hock was a force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he struck out six batters over six innings while giving up just two earned runs off five hits. He has been consistent : he hasn't given up more than two walks any time he's pitched this season.
On the hitting side, Park Vista saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Owen Dever, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.
Meanwhile, Forest Hill waltzed into their match on Thursday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They were the clear victors by a 12-2 margin over the Lancers. The Falcons not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since February 20th.
Ryan Gonzalez and Yampiel Chavez made a big impact while hitting and pitching. Throwing, Gonzalez pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. Meanwhile, Chavez struck out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits (and only one walk). That's the fewest hits he has allowed since back in February. At bat, Gonzalez scored a run and stole a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances, while Chavez scored two runs and stole three bases while going 3-for-3. Chavez has become a key player for Forest Hill: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two runs, but 4-6 otherwise.
In other batting news, Julian DeJesus was a standout: he went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI. That's the most runs he has posted since back in February. Nick Seal was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 3-for-3.
Forest Hill was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .636. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .321 or higher in four consecutive contests.
Forest Hill pushed their record up to 11-6 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.7 runs over those games. As for Park Vista, their loss dropped their record down to 12-4.
Park Vista beat Forest Hill 6-1 in their previous meeting back in February of 2024. Does Park Vista have another victory up their sleeve, or will Forest Hill turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
