Meanwhile, after soaring to 59 points the game before, Mater Brighton Lakes Academy were a bit more limited in their matchup on Saturday. They were dealt a 72-10 loss at the hands of Varsity Opponent.
Mater Brighton Lakes Academy's defeat came about despite a quality game from Delianie Diaz, who scored 6 points. Diaz scored a full 60% of Mater Brighton Lakes Academy's points, the fourth time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Four Corners' defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Mater Brighton Lakes Academy, their loss was their third straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 1-3.
