Lewis is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last seven games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Caden Puckett, who scored 13 points along with seven rebounds.
Magnolia West has been struggling recently, as they've lost ten of their last 11 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-20 record this season. As for Lake Creek, their win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 21-7.
Magnolia West will take on Montgomery at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Lake Creek, they will head out on the road to face off against Brenham at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Brenham is coming into the matchup on a four-game losing streak.
