The Cardinal Gibbons Crusaders will be staying on the road on Thursday to face off against the J.H. Rose Rampants at 4:00 p.m. on December 21st. Cardinal Gibbons will be strutting in after a win while J.H. Rose will be coming in after a loss.
Cardinal Gibbons scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Monday. They walked away with a 55-44 victory over Jordan.
Cardinal Gibbons found their leader in underclassman Tessa Gladieux, who scored 26 points along with five rebounds. That makes it eight consecutive games in which Gladieux has scored at least 25% of Cardinal Gibbons' points. The team also got some help courtesy of Sarah Maciariello, who scored four points.
Meanwhile, J.H. Rose was beaten by South Central 47-13 on Friday. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points J.H. Rose has scored all season.
Cardinal Gibbons' win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-5. As for J.H. Rose, their defeat was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 1-7.
