There's no place like home for Slidell, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They took their game on Tuesday with ease, bagging a 69-25 victory over the South Plaquemines Hurricanes. The Tigers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 contests by 20 points or more this season.

Slidell got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Ayden Ducre out in front who went 6 for 10 to rack up 16 points. Ducre is also on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 45% in the last three games he's played. James Chaney was another key player, going 7 of 13 on his way to 15 points.

Slidell's victory bumped their record up to 19-13. As for South Plaquemines, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-15.

Looking ahead, Slidell will be playing in front of their home fans against Salmen at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for South Plaquemines, they and Jefferson RISE Charter will face off at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday without much rest having both just played.
