Knoxville Catholic posted their biggest victory since February 8th on Thursday. They ended the year with a bang, routing the North Greene Huskies 52-31.

It was another big night for Maggie Frana, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and ten boards. Amaya Redd was another key player, going 5 of 12 on her way to 14 points.

Knoxville Catholic is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.8 points per game. As for North Greene, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-2.

Knoxville Catholic wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 57-54 loss against Spring Garden on the 27th. As for North Greene, they will head out to face off against Chuckey-Doak at 6:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025. North Greene is facing Chuckey-Doak at the right time seeing as Chuckey-Doak is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
