Aaron (Aj) Brand Jr.'s Big Game Leads Irmo over River Bluff
Aaron (Aj) Brand Jr. was instrumental in extending Irmo's winning streak to seven on Friday. Nobody could stop Brand Jr. as he rushed for 210 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 11.7 yards per carry, and also threw for 120 yards while completing 75% of his passes. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in rushing yards.
River Bluff's probably not too fond of Brand Jr. given he always seems to get the better of them. Back in September of 2023 (the last time Brand Jr. saw the Gators), he threw for 204 yards and four touchdowns while completing 73.3% of his passes, and also rushed for 52 yards and a touchdown.

A Season-Best Performance from Aaron Griffin Leads River Bluff over Irmo
River Bluff came up short on Friday despite Aaron Griffin delivering his best game to date. Griffin rushed for 178 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 11.1 yards per carry, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
If the past is any indication, Griffin could be in store for another big game when he takes on Chapin on Friday. Griffin picked up 114 receiving yards and two touchdowns the last time he and the Eagles duked it out back in October of 2023.

Dutch Fork Wins 14th-Straight Thanks to Maurice Anderson
Dutch Fork picked up their 14th consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Maurice Anderson. Anderson wasn't messing around, rushing for 81 yards and two touchdowns, while also picking up 68 receiving yards and a touchdown. The matchup was his third straight with two or more rushing touchdowns dating back to last season.
Dutch Fork pushed their record up to 6-0 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season. Anderson and Dutch Fork will square off against Lexington at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Big Game from Offing As Dutch Fork Won 38-0
Dutch Fork picked up their 14th consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Ethan Offing. Offing was unstoppable, rushing for 55 yards and a touchdown, while also throwing for 202 yards and a touchdown while completing 75% of his passes. That's the most rushing yards he has posted since back in November of 2023.
For the year, Offing has thrown 11 touchdowns (and and only 2 picks) while averaging 212.8 passing yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after six games last season, he had two passing touchdowns.

Another Game with at Least 101 Rushing Yards from Amire White
Amire White's big game helped extend Irmo's winning streak to seven on Friday. White turned in nothing short of a gem, rushing for 126 yards and a touchdown while picking up 7.9 yards per carry. White is crushing it when it comes to rushing yards: he's rushed for at least 101 every time he's taken the field this season.
On the year, White has run in 5 touchdowns while averaging 112.3 rushing yards per game.
