Archbishop Wood improved to 11-0 with a 35-7 rout of Archbishop Ryan (Philadelphia) for the the Philadelphia Catholic League title. Imhotep (11-0) annihilated West Philadelphia, 64-0, to win the 3A Public League crown.
It's a rematch of last year's 3A City Title game, won by Archbishop Wood, 42-34. That is the only other meeting between these teams.

Anthony Russo leads the Philadelphia area in passing with 2,164 yards and 32 touchdowns. Russo, a Rutgers commit, is the No. 21 pro-style passer in the nation according to 247Sports. His top target is
Mark Webb, a four-star junior.
Imhotep senior tight end
Naseir Upshur is the fourth-rated player at his position in the Class of 2016, according to 247Sports' composite rankings. The Florida State recruit is one of four Imhotep players on the list of the Top 20 prospects in Pennsylvania.
