North Crowley came tearing into Tuesday's contest with nine straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 15.2 points) and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victor by a 46-26 margin over the Weatherford Kangaroos. The Panthers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Kangaroos, too.

Weatherford's loss came despite strong showings from Landrie Polk and Maddison Baruch. Polk posted ten points, while Baruch had eight points. That was a full 38.5% of Weatherford's points, marking the fourth time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points.

North Crowley's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 19-6. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 28.6 points per game. As for Weatherford, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 18-10.

North Crowley wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 57-50 loss against Boswell on the 11th. Weatherford has also already played their next match, a 66-56 defeat against Lake Ridge on the 10th.
