While Ripley's win against Parkersburg South wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Vikings skirted past the Patriots 5-3. The Vikings haven't had any issues with the Patriots recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

Peyton Keller was incredible, going 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in March. Brady McVay was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one triple and one RBI.

Ripley was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .375. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Parkersburg South only posted a batting average of .222.

Ripley's record now sits at 15-12. As for Parkersburg South, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 12 of their last 16 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-20 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Ripley will venture away from home to square off against Hurricane at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Parkersburg South, they will square off against George Washington at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The last three games George Washington has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
