Fehrenbach is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last six games he's played. Shamar Welsh was another key contributor, scoring 13 points.
Meanwhile, New Kent scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They claimed a resounding 84-48 victory over Poquoson on the road. New Kent has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten contests by 26 points or more this season.
Lafayette is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 18-3 record this season. As for New Kent, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 15-6.
Lafayette came up short against New Kent in their previous meeting back in January, falling 75-71. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of New Kent's Kyle Diggs, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and 16 rebounds.
