Brentwood dropped their record down to 5-6 on Monday, which also ended the team's three-game streak of wins. They took an 11-7 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Northgate Flames. The Spartans were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Flames earlier this season, when they won 8-5.
Paige Boehm was cooking despite her team's loss, going 3-for-4 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs. She is on a roll when it comes to home runs, as she's now launched at least one in each of the last four games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Carma Coberly, who went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, one run, and one double.

In other batting news, Northgate got a massive performance out of Sa'Niyah Wilson, who went 2-for-4 with two triples, three runs, and one RBI. That's the most runs Wilson has posted since back in May of 2024. Gracie Auth was another key player, going 3-for-5 with three RBI, two doubles, and one stolen base.
