Erie put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They were the clear victors by an 11-0 margin over the Centaurus Warriors. Considering the Tigers have won four contests by more than six runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.
Maddox Burnett made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, keeping things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out 12 over six innings pitched. That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in May of 2025. He was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI.
