Basketball Recap: Clark Has No Trouble Against Rickover Naval

On Wednesday, the Clark Eagles got the win against the Rickover Naval Seadragons by a conclusive 55-34. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matches by 21 points or more this season.

Several Seadragons players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Emely Fajardo, who posted 11 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Samantha Booth, who earned nine points.

Clark is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-5-1 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 28.7 points. As for Rickover Naval, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-5.

Clark wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 50-5 win against North Grand on the 24th. As for Rickover Naval, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 49-28 victory against Von Steuben on the 24th.
