The East Bernard Brahmas won against the Taft Greyhounds on Friday with 55 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Saturday. East Bernard breezed by Taft at home to the tune of 55-23. Winning may never get old, but East Bernard sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.
East Bernard's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Camden Fucik led the charge by scoring 9 points. Another player making a difference was Ryder Kovar, who scored 8 points.
East Bernard has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 5-4 record this season. As for Taft, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-6.
East Bernard will head out on the road to face off against Palacios at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday. Palacios is coming into the game hot, having won their last three games. As for Taft, they will be playing at home against Louise at 1:15 p.m. on Saturday. Louise comes in still looking for their first win of the season.
