Tray Wilson Delivers Best Effort of Season
Central was led to victory by Tray Wilson, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Wilson rushed for 111 yards and two touchdowns on only six carries, and also picked up 76 receiving yards and a touchdown. The performance marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in August of 2023. He torched the secondary when he pulled down a catch that went for 72 yards.
If history really does repeat itself, Wilson might just drop another big game when he faces off against Chesterfield on Friday. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Wilson saw the Golden Rams), he picked up 99 receiving yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 78 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries.

Cam Mcclendon's Big Game Leads Cheraw over North Central
Cam McClendon was instrumental in extending Cheraw's winning streak to three on Friday. He is becoming a predictor of Cheraw's success: when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns the team is 4-1 (and 1-2 when he doesn't).
