 Meanwhile, Johnson County was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight  defeat. They fell victim to a  tough 12-1 loss at the hands of South Greene.
 Unaka's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Johnson County, their loss  ended  a  three-game streak of wins at home  dating back to last season and  dropped them to 1-3.
 Unaka skirted past Johnson County  1-0 in their previous matchup  back in April of 2023. The rematch might be a little tougher for Unaka since the  squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
