Wilson had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4 goals) and they went ahead and made it four on Saturday. They never let the North Mesquite Stallions get on the board and left with a 2-0 win. This was a revenge game for the Wildcats: when they faced off against the Stallions back in January, they had to take a 3-1 defeat.

Eve Davila and Kate Peters scored both of Wilson's goals, bringing their combined season tally to eight goals.

Wilson's victory bumped their record up to 9-5. As for North Mesquite, their loss dropped their record down to 11-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Wilson will venture away from home to take on Samuell at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for North Mesquite, they will head out on the road to face off against Poteet at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
