Nampa Christian is a perfect 10-0 against Marsing since April of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Trojans will head out to take on the Huskies at 5:00 p.m. Nampa Christian is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 10.4 runs per game this season.

On Friday, Nampa Christian came up short against Fruitland and fell 13-10. The Trojans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Myranda Van Vliet made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 3-for-4 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs. Chloe Shook also deserves some recognition as she hit her first double of the season.

Meanwhile, Marsing earned a 7-2 victory over American Falls on Saturday.

Natalie Thoene was excellent, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one double. Lily Thoene was another key player, going 1-for-3 with two RBI, one run, and one double.

Marsing was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .375. They are a perfect 7-0 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.

Marsing's win bumped their record up to 10-8. As for Nampa Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 11-3.

Both the two teams just can't seem to miss. Nampa Christian has been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 10.9 hits per game. However, it's not like Marsing struggles in that department as they've been averaging only 5 hits. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.

Everything went Nampa Christian's way against Marsing in their previous meeting two weeks ago, as Nampa Christian made off with a 9-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Trojans since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
