The Lighthouse HomeSchool Lions have the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome the Veritas Classical Academy Lions at 6:00 p.m. on December 11th.
Back in November, Lighthouse HomeSchool had to suffer through a rough 80-42 loss at the hands of Sabine Pass.
Meanwhile, Veritas Classical Academy didn't have too much trouble with Non Varsity Tournament Opponent on the road on Saturday as they won 60-41. The victory was just what Veritas Classical Academy needed coming off of a 78-43 defeat in their prior matchup.
Wylie Montgomery was the offensive standout of the contest as he scored 19 points. Jake Strahan was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Lighthouse HomeSchool's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Veritas Classical Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 3-4.
Lighthouse HomeSchool was able to grind out a solid victory over Veritas Classical Academy in their previous matchup back in November, winning 60-50. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was Veritas Classical Academy's Ty Merrill, who scored 24 points.
