Spirit HomeSchool won the last time they faced Summit Christian Academy and things went their way on Thursday too. The Spirit HomeSchool Warhawks took their match with ease, bagging a 73-35 victory over the Summit Christian Academy Eagles. The Warhawks have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight games by 21 points or more this season.

Cole Miller and Courtland Reiter certainly did their best on Thursday to avoid the loss. Miller went 5 of 9 on his way to 11 points and six boards, while Reiter posted eight points and nine rebounds. Miller is also on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 45% in the last three games he's played. Charles Clydesdale also deserves some recognition as he posted his first assist of the season.

Spirit HomeSchool has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 76.0 points over those games. As for Summit Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-11.

Spirit HomeSchool didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 72-48 win against Northern Virginia HomeSchool on the 8th. As for Summit Christian Academy, they will head out to take on Denbigh Baptist Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Summit Christian Academy is facing Denbigh Baptist Christian at the right time seeing as Denbigh Baptist Christian is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
