Marion posted their biggest victory since January 3rd on Friday. Everything went their way against Young Men's Leadership Academy as the Marion Bulldogs made off with a 73-48 win. The Bulldogs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 contests by 22 points or more this season.

Despite the loss, Young Men's Leadership Academy saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Aiden Olivarez dropped a double-double with 22 points and ten rebounds. That was a full 45.8% of Young Men's Leadership Academy's points, marking the third time in a row he's posted more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Raishaun Conaway, who scored four points and five boards.

Marion's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 21-10. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.0 points over those games. As for Young Men's Leadership Academy, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games, which has put a noticeable dent in their 14-13 record this season.

Marion does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Young Men's Leadership Academy, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 61-41 defeat against Cole on the 10th.
