The Logan Grizzlies will square off against the West Field Longhorns at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Logan will aim to continue their four-game streak of scoring more runs each contest than the last.
Logan is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They blew past Weber 15-5 on Monday. That's two games straight that the Grizzlies have won by exactly ten runs.

Miley Allen made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out eight batters over five innings while giving up five earned runs off five hits (and only one walk). Those eight strikeouts gave her a new career-high. She was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 3-for-3. That stolen base was her first of the season.
In other batting news, Logan got a massive performance out of Cambree Cooper, who went 3-for-4 with one home run, three RBI, and one double. Another player making a difference was Kiki Laing, who scored three runs while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances.
Logan hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their strikeout total in three consecutive matchups.
Meanwhile, West Field was able to grind out a solid win over Syracuse on Monday, taking the game 11-6.
Brinklee Hadley spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned (and three unearned) runs on six hits.
On the hitting side, Kam Bell was excellent, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with two runs, one triple, and one RBI. Ella Doxey was another key player, scoring three runs and stealing a base while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances.
West Field's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Logan, they now have a winning record of 5-4.
Tuesday's game will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Logan hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .325. However, it's not like West Field struggles in that department as they've averaged .415. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
