On Friday Mott-Regent/New England take on Beach at 7:00 PM. Mott-Regent/New England are the favorites in this one -- although they were the favorites in their last contest, too, so the odds might count for a little less.
Mott-Regent/New England were within striking distance but couldn't close the gap last Friday, as they fell 20-24 to Hettinger/Scranton.
Meanwhile, there's no need to mince words: Beach lost to Shiloh Christian, and they lost bad. The score wound up at 6-58. This makes it the second loss in a row for Beach.
With the two teams each stumbling in off of a defeat, both will be hungry for the victory. We'll see which team satisfies their hunger and which team leaves with an empty stomach.
