Vincennes Rivet is 10-0 against Shoals since February of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Vincennes Rivet Patriots will welcome the Shoals Jug Rox at 6:00 p.m. Vincennes Rivet will be strutting in after a win while Shoals will be coming in after a defeat.

Last Saturday, Vincennes Rivet didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Monrovia, but they still walked away with a 59-53 victory.

Meanwhile, Shoals was not able to break out of their rough patch last Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a blow against Perry Central, falling 70-20. While losing is never fun, the Jug Rox can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Indiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 390th, while the Commodores are ranked 161st).

Vincennes Rivet has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 8-5 record this season. As for Shoals, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-11.

Vincennes Rivet strolled past Shoals when the teams last played back in December of 2023 by a score of 52-38. Does Vincennes Rivet have another victory up their sleeve, or will Shoals turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
