Marion has gone 6-1 against Conway recently and they'll look to pad the win column further  on Saturday. She looked comfortable on the mound,   striking out 15 batters over  seven innings while giving up just two earned  (and four unearned) runs off   three  hits. That's the fewest  hits  she has allowed since back in April of 2024. She was also big at the plate,  going 2-for-3 with two  runs, one  triple,  and two  RBI.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  McKenzie Rabon, who  scored three  runs and  stole a base while going 1-for-4. Those  three  runs gave  her a new career-high.  Julia Hardwick was another key player,  going 2-for-4 with two  RBI and one  double.
 Marion took their  win against Conway  in their previous meeting  back in April of 2024 by a conclusive  15-2. The rematch might be a little tougher for Marion since the  squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
