At the plate, the team relied heavily on MIA GALELLA, who got on base in all four of her plate appearances with two stolen bases, two runs, and one triple. She has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times she's played. Another player making a difference was MEGAN HASSAJ, who went 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI.
Holy Cross' win was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-1. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.1 runs over those games. As for Riverside, their loss dropped their record down to 6-8.
