Old Fort won the last time they faced Emmanuel Christian and Carly Fortney did her part to make sure it happened again. The Stockaders put the hurt on the Warriors with a sharp 3-0 victory on Friday for which the team can thank Fortney, who had 14 digs. She has been hot, having posted 12 or more digs the last seven times she's played.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Old Fort was: they took every set by at least 11 points. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-10, 25-12.

Old Fort has been performing well recently as they've won 13 of their last 16 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-5 record this season. As for Emmanuel Christian, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-8 record this season.

Old Fort will be taking part in a tournament against Plymouth at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Emmanuel Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
