John Marshall lost a heartbreaker when they last took the court, but unfortunately for them the loss they were handed on on Friday was a bit more commanding. They were outmatched by Thomas Dale on the road and fell 74-33. John Marshall has been going strong on the season, but this is now their second defeat in a row.
Meanwhile, Glen Allen strolled past the Panthers with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 66-47. The victory was just what Glen Allen needed coming off of a 66-30 defeat in their prior contest.
John Marshall's loss dropped their record down to 12-7. As for Glen Allen, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-4 record this season.
John Marshall came up short against the Jaguars in their previous meeting back in January of 2023, falling 47-34. Can John Marshall avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
