Scott was able to crack the Top 25 in the state rankings this week after topping Conway Springs. The Beavers came in at 24 in the state poll after placing at number 26 last week.
Scott added to the longest winning streak in Great West this week by beating the Cardinals, 20-7. The win marks eighth in a row for the Glenn O'Neil's team.
Goodland's Trey Teeter and Dax Ruhs have formed a dream team this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. 5-10 quarterback Teeter has thrown for 1,981 yards this season, while Ruhs has 39 catches for 802 yards. Ulysses's Ian Rudzik leads the league in rushing yards with 1,766.
Holcomb made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 3,653 from 3,845.
