Muleshoe waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with 12 straight wins... but they left with 13. They blew past the Dimmitt Bobcats 12-2. The Mules might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 15 contests by ten runs or more this season.

Adalie Agundis was a standout: she went 1-for-2 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double. Another player making a difference was Melanie Martens, who went 1-for-3 with one home run and two runs.

Muleshoe's win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 21-6. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.0 runs over those games. As for Dimmitt, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 13 of their last 16 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-18-1 record this season.

Muleshoe didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 10-0 loss against Shallowater on the 17th. As for Dimmitt, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 20-9 defeat against Roosevelt on the 17th.
