Brady's Zach Mann rumbled for the longest rushing play in D2 District 8 (8 Man) this season in his game against Hitchcock County USD last week. Mann's team defeated the Falcons as he sprinted for 62 yards on the play and finished with 306 in all.
Medicine Valley extended the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating Hayes Center, 51-12. The victory was the eighth in a row for the Raiders.
Brady's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Mann threw for 112 and two touchdowns and Troy Lusk had 66 yards receiving. Cole Viter helped Brady's passing attack out by catching two balls for 32 yards.
Mann has rushed for 924 yards on 161 carries so far this year.
Medicine Valley took down the Cardinals 51-12 last week, the largest margin of any game. Riley Garey threw for 82 yards and two touchdowns and ran for 114 yards in the win.
