A Season-Best Effort from Cibastian Broughton Leads Fleming Island over Creekside
Fleming Island came up short on Friday despite Cibastian Broughton delivering his best game to date. Broughton threw for 359 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 12.8 yards per attempt, and also rushed for 90 yards on only ten carries. The performance marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in October of 2023. He is becoming a predictor of Fleming Island's success: when he posts at least three passing touchdowns the team is 2-1 (and 1-2 when he doesn't).
