After a string of four wins, the Westover Patriots's good fortune finally ran out on Wednesday. They were dealt a 86-28 defeat at the hands of Hardaway. Westover has not had much luck with Hardaway recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.

Mikayla Johnson continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for Hardaway, going 8 for 11 from beyond the arc en route to 31 points and 1 assist. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Johnson has scored all season. La?niya Meeks was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with eight rebounds and five steals.
Westover now has a losing record at 7-8. As for Hardaway, they pushed their record up to 12-4 with that win, which was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season.
