Duncan entered their tilt with Ray on Friday with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. They put the hurt on the Ray Bearcats with a sharp 41-19 win. The Wildkats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 13 matches by 21 points or more this season.

Duncan's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Emily Kempton, who posted 14 points and eight boards. That's the most points Kempton has posted since back in December of 2024. Sofia Harris was another key player, putting up four points and six steals.

Duncan pushed their record up to 20-4 with the win, which was their seventh straight on the road. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 21.1 points per game. As for Ray, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-15 record this season.

Duncan wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 49-36 loss against Willcox on the 3rd. Ray has also already played their next matchup, a 45-11 victory against Lourdes Catholic on the 1st.
