St. Georges Tech gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Thursday. They enjoyed a cozy 25-7 victory over the William Penn Colonials. The Hawks haven't had any issues with the Colonials recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

Joel Buck was the offensive standout of the match as he rushed for 53 yards and a pair of TDs.

St. Georges Tech didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Michael Hartley and Caleb Hayes.
