 STATON KRANENDONK looked comfortable as he  didn't allow a single  earned run and  allowed only two  hits while striking out seven over four innings pitched. That's the most  strikeouts  he has posted since back in April of 2024.
 On the hitting side, Crimson Cliffs got a  massive  performance out of  AUSTIN SMITH, who  went a perfect 2-for-2 with four  RBI, one  run,  and one  double.  MCKAY WRIGHT was another key player,  scoring three  runs and  stealing  Three bases. while  getting on base  in two of his three plate appearances.
 Crimson Cliffs  hit smart and  finished the game with only one  strikeout. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  struck out at most five  strikeouts in eight consecutive  games  dating back to last season.
Crimson Cliffs now  has a winning record of 2-1. As for Ogden,  they are  on  an  11-game losing streak  (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.
