Rouse is 8-1-1 against Glenn since February of 2019, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Rouse Raiders will be playing at home against the Glenn Grizzlies at 7:15 p.m.
Rouse has not lost a match since January 19th, a trend which continued in their latest game on Tuesday. They and Hays finished up their contest with a 3-3 draw. While a more conclusive result would've been nice, Rouse got plenty of practice considering the match was the highest-scoring draw the team's played all season.
They avoided a loss thanks to
Nathan Shaw and
Owen Nichols, who posted all three of Rouse's goals. The pair have combined for a total of eight so far this season.
Meanwhile, Glenn put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. Their defense stepped up to hand Cedar Park a 4-0 shutout. Considering Glenn has won ten games by more than two goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.
With that draw, Rouse's record moves to 6-2-4. As for Glenn, their victory bumped their record up to 15-0.
Rouse took their victory against Glenn in their previous meeting back in March of 2023 by a conclusive 4-0. Does Rouse have another victory up their sleeve, or will Glenn turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
