If Walsh wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Granada, they should've done a better job of containing  Kinsley Williams. The Bobcats blew past the Eagles 3-0 on Friday for which the team can thank  Williams, who  hit 85.7% for six  kills and nine  aces and seven  digs. She has been hot for a while, having also posted 12 or more  assists the last 35 times she's  played.
 Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Granada took every set by at least 12 points. The final score came out to 25-10, 25-12,  25-13.
Meanwhile, Flagler didn't have quite enough to beat Lone Star on Saturday and fell  2-1. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.
 Flagler was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Lone Star work for it, especially in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 18-25, 27-25,  15-6.
 Granada's victory bumped their record up to 15-2. As for Flagler, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-6.
