Michael Sanders made a difference for Pinnacle (Phoenix, Ariz.). The senior quarterback threw two touchdowns. He has now scored five touchdowns on the season.
BCP also won the meeting between the two teams last season, 52-7.
The defeat comes as a step back for Pinnacle, which notched a 28-21 victory over Desert Mountain in its previous outing. The loss snapped the Pioneers' 3-game winning streak.
