Jefferson Township's found some homefield redemption this week after a overtime loss to Hackettstown on Wednesday. The Falcons were the clear victors by a 9-2 margin over the Tigers. Considering the Falcons have won six matches by more than five runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

With the victory, Jefferson Township broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 11-7. As for Hackettstown, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Jefferson Township will take on Sparta at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Hackettstown, they will face off against Bound Brook at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Tigers are facing the Crusaders at the right time seeing as the Crusaders are stuck on a ten-game losing streak.
