The Mount Anthony Patriots will be staying on the road on Wednesday to face off against the Mt. Abraham Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on December 27th. Both teams come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Mount Anthony scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They walked away with a 65-52 win over Brattleboro. That 65-52 margin sets a new team best for Mount Anthony this season.
Meanwhile, Mt. Abraham had to endure a five-game losing streak dating back to last season, but that streak is no more. They came out on top against Mt. St. Joseph Academy by a score of 68-57 on Friday. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
Mount Anthony's victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Mt. Abraham, their win ended a three-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 1-3.
