The Warrensburg Tigers were the 78-39 winner over the Oak Grove Panthers when they last played one another back in February, but their luck changed this time around. Warrensburg took a 58-42 bruising from Oak Grove on Thursday. Warrensburg has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Maurkalip Riley continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Oak Grove, scoring 21 points along with six steals and five rebounds. Jaxon Weber was another key contributor, scoring six points along with seven rebounds and six assists.
Warrensburg's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Oak Grove, they now have a winning record of 5-4.
Warrensburg will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Waynesville on December 27th. Oak Grove will be home for the holidays to greet Boonville at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
