The Exeter Monarchs lost against the Mira Monte Lions back in December of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Exeter took a 50-45 hit to the loss column at the hands of Mira Monte.
Despite the loss, Exeter still got an impressive performance from Blaine Mcfall, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 18 rebounds. The matchup was Mcfall's third in a row with at least ten points. Andrew Taylor was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with 5 rebounds.
Exeter's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Mira Monte, their victory bumped their record up to 3-4.
Exeter will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Wasco at 7:30 p.m. As for Mira Monte, they will take on Ridgeview at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
