Valley Vista's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jocelyn Chavez, who scored 18 points along with seven assists and four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Jada Wilson, who scored 18 points along with nine rebounds and three steals.
West Point's loss dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Valley Vista, they pushed their record up to 10-4 with that victory, which was their 12th straight at home.
