While Milby put up some runs on Saturday, the same can't be said for Madison. The Buffs put the hurt on the Marlins with a sharp 9-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Buffs, who have now won ten games by six runs or more so far this season.

The team relied heavily on Ilijah Martinez, who scored two runs and stole three bases while going 1-for-1. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since back in February. The team also got some help courtesy of Bryan Morales, who scored two runs and stole three bases while getting on base in both of his plate appearances.

Milby is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 12 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.9 runs on average over those games. As for Madison, they dropped their record down to 0-10 with the loss, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coming up, Milby will face off against Sterling at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Madison does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
